- All handsets are return packaged in ESD (Electro Static Discharge) safe bags for added protection.
- All boxes are well padded and all outer seals are tamper evident - shipping label and/or security seals.
- All handsets are shipped UPS ground at our expense.
- Free UPS shipping only applies to the lower 48 states. Please contact us for the shipping cost.
- All Phones are shipped with delivery confirmation required. Signature confirmation is available at the customer's expense.
- All shipments are only covered up to $100.
- Additional insurance is available at the customer's expense.
- Alternative, expedited shipping is available at the customer's expense
- We do not ship internationally.
- Undeliverable handsets returned to us will be reshipped at the owner's expense plus a $10 handling fee.
- All phones are returned to the Paypal confirmed address. It is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct.
