Disclaimers

Final invoices are sent via Paypal (you can send us a money order if preferred.  If you are not already a Paypal member, you will be provided with instructions to complete your payment.  Once payment is received, your phone will be shipped (you will be provided with a tracking number).

  • All parts replaced become the property of Blue Ridge Wireless unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Handsets received without the bench fee will not be worked on and cannot be returned until the bench fee is received.
  • Handsets unclaimed after 30 calendar days from date of repair will become the property of Blue Ridge Wireless.
  • Invoices left unpaid after 30 calendar days will result in forfeit of handset, which becomes the property of Blue Ridge Wireless.
  • Use of customer supplied parts - no warranties are offered on repairs involving customer supplied parts.
